Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because our products are currently made through print-on-demand, please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tim@inprogressapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where and how to send your package.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Because each item is made when ordered, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, but please reach out and we’ll do what we reasonably can to help.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
